• No - It is designed to extend your wifi reach, not make it stronger. In 950 sq feet building you should have a strong signal without this. What you need is a better internet provider

• Yes. We use ours for gaming with no issues with lagging. Works fine with Xfinity too.

• It all depends on your internet carrier but the short answer is it should. I currently use four pucks to cover roughly 4,500 sqft. and my internet is blazing fast throughout the house.
