• No. You will need a client device to connect to your phone hotspot and then client can be wired to the hub

• Sadly no, this router needs to be connected to a modem to work. You might want to look for a "wifi extender" and try that.

• The Google mesh system has to be physically connected by ethernet cable to a modem or router that has an Internet connection
