• using the Iphone as Internet provider is not supported, however IPHONES work great as internet clients on these.

• No. Your data plan is for AT&T cellular service. The Google WiFi device is meant to attach to fiberoptic / hardwired Service from Comcast, centurylink or the like, downstream of an internet modem.

• Since this is a wifi system, it doesn't matter who your carrier is. You just attach it to your modem and you are ready to go. Very easy to set up, as with most things Google.
