“Does this WiFi mesh work with WiFi security cameras? If you've done this, do you have any advice?”

• Yes it’s does but honestly you want security cameras to be hardlined to router which you can do with this mesh network. There’s Ethernet ports on all Wifi points

• Yes and it should be rather easy. You need to login in tour security camera's system and make sure they're picking up the correct WiFi network and then make sure it has the WiFi password. Simple as that.
