Tracking keystrokes wouldn’t be possible from a network router. They could potentially track webpages, but Congress already allowed ISPs to track web pages you visit so if you have privacy concerns you should: consider using a private VPN service on your individual devices (there are many affordable and easy to use options), search using DuckDuckGo.com instead of Google, and absolutely delete your Facebook account or else this is all moot.
