• Sure you can, each of the devices have to be plugged into your standard wall outlet so if you would like to use a surge protector that will be okay.

• Yes, each AP comes with it's own 15W power supply that utilizes a standard 120 outlet (depending on country, I am in US), the power connector to the AP is USB C. Would be best to connect to surge or battery backup.
