I would venture to say that you may need more. I utilize the three pack for my home (3600+ sq) and the coverage outside is nill.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the system in a 2300 square foot home. I have coverage in my yards with no issue, but my yards are not big as my lot size is only 3700 sq feet . You may have to buy an additional 1, possibly 2 pucks to get good coverage to your guest house.

You'll need to place the routers in different spots if you're having trouble, the app works great to tell you if your connection is fair, good or great pretty easy.
