• No it is not POE. There are reviews on YouTube and online. I suggest you watch those.

• As far as I know, each POD has its own dedicated power supply connected to an outlet on the wall. Hence this product is not POE capable.

• Yes, you can power over POE. POE is a standard, it will use the output voltage of your switch with default settings.
