Can this be used for 24 hour surveillance? null

No for 2 reasons. The use of dual cameras gets the camera hot and can overheat it and while being able to use external power to the device it uses memory cards that would not last a full day.

The short answer is no. 2 128gig cards will only get you 4 to 5 hours at best. The battery will not last 1.5 hours. External power still leaves you with the memory card limitation.
