• Yes, we use this camera on our helmets to race go karts. Adults and children.

• As long at the mount is properly attached to wherever you want your video to be taken from and the screw holding the camera pointed in a specific direction is tight, yes. I have one both on the tail of my motorcycle and one on my helmet and both take excellent video after having both of the aforementioned conditions met.
