Is waterproof to what depth null

Without a protective case, the GoPro HERO13 Black is advertised as being waterproof right out of the box down to 33 feet (10 meters). With a dedicated underwater housing (Best Buy sells a case for ~$44 that we bought since most of our SCUBA dives are deeper than that), it can go to greater depths (~60m/196ft).
