“Took my hero gopro6 out of the box, put in sd card charged battery etc. turned on never got to setup screen went right to video screen in German . Cannot get switched to English can’t get to preferences etc . Right now very unhappy with worthless product”

Our Support team can help with that, or you can try resetting the camera by doing a manual update on the camera's firmware. Instructions are on our the GoPro site.
