The HERO7 Black does have a live stream function, but it's not a function that saves the content to a cloud storage function in real time. The live streaming function works more like a live webcam that allows you to share your video in real time to platforms like YouTube or Facebook. However, once your video is saved to the camera, you could use your phone and a GoPro PLUS account to upload that file to your cloud storage.
