• I have used the zoom in & out feature on the app with my iPhone but I do not remember seeing anything in regards to the Tilt Function.

• The zoom controls are on the GoPro itself. There are no controls for panning or tilting within the GoPro itself or the app. Those controls would be determined by the mount or tripod you use with the GoPro, not by the camera itself.
