Yes. When you use the USBC port and plug it into an external battery pack, it will show that the Hero 9 is charging.

Yes, you can charge your camera.
Before attaching it in, you have to take out left cover of your camera and plug your camera inside Media Mod.
Afterwards you can, charge, plug external microphone and transfer screen from HDMI at the same time.
