No. Since you have to take left cover of your camera, even your camera will not be waterproof while using Media Mod.

No, since the Media Mod requires the door to the GoPro be removed for the Media Mod to connect to the GoPro, neither the Media Mod nor the GoPro are waterproof when used together.
