Is this screen protector waterproof? null

Yes. I tested it in the pool and it held up great! No signs of any damage or it coming off.

The protectors themselves are fine to use in water. They adhere to the glass on the GoPro similarly to screen protectors you might use on a smartphone screen. The adhesion should hold on underwater unless it's used somewhere with a strong current, etc. that could peel the protectors off. Note though that the protectors do not add any waterproofing advantage to the GoPro itself.
