HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST null

When i first got it i lasted about 14 miles on level ground with a rider weight if 160lbs. Almost a month later weve put about 49 miles on it and full charge only lasts about 6 miles in the same conditions and same rider. Takes a good 10-11 hours to charge if you run the battery completely dry

Cant tell exactly but been using it daily for more than a couple of hours full speed an still have some juice when i get back home
