“Mine just showed up... it all looks new not sure if that's a plastic clear on the display face. More importantly there is no recipe book nor is there a manual..did I get a returned unit? I need to get to the bottom of this.”

I got a recipe book & manual. You’re definitely missing them.

Please try again later.My Gourmial box included the pressure cooker, cord, User Manual, Pressure Cooker Recipes Manual, a plastic spoon, a small wire rack, a measuring cup and a water condensation cup. The display works fine. It does appear a blue color but there is nothing wrong with iit. Model GPC 655 and 855.

Please try again later.I called Gourmia they said its new and things are always missing from inside...mine looked well packed and new but no manual or recipe book so they are sending them out to me. He said things are missing often like power cords etc... jeez guys really? Hopefully some actual human at Best Buy reads this I'm debating whether to keep or return for one that actually comes with everything you are supposed to get...very strange.

Also, the power cord, measuring cup, condensation cup, wire basket, spoon and other accessories were individually wrapped in bags. Sounds like your was unpacked.
