Each individual light has 3m adhesive that you simply peel and stick. The lights also come with clips that you can screw in to help secure the lights
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.they have 3m sticky's on the backs of the lights and they come with tiny white plastic brackets that have sticker backs and you can put a screw in them. yes it comes with everything you need.
