No, its just a Standard case with a code. Ultimate will be a $20 upgrade, so you can purchase Standard with the case and then upgrade to Ultimate after you've loaded the game.

Please try again later.No there will not be a “ultimate edition case” If you care about having the physical case then you would have to pre-order the standard edition here or any other major retailer. You can then purchase the add on upgrade for ultimate for an extra $20 later through the PlayStation or Xbox storefront on console or through the app.
