No, but you can upgrade the standard physical edition to Ultimate using the ultimate edition upgrade add-on that's sold separately on the digital stores.

You can then purchase the add on upgrade for ultimate for an extra $20 later through the PlayStation or Xbox storefront on console or through the app.
