• Hi DJ. Thank you for your question. Yes, you will want to sharpen the blade periodically and clean under the deck once you finish your job. Remove the battery and store indoors in dry, and high or locked-up place – out of reach of children. Ensure the motor has cooled down before storing indoors. We hope this helped!
