“I tried using this pressure washer for the first time today but the motor will not start. The start button lights up so I know it's getting electricity, but the motor does not start and the stream is light when squeezing the trigger. Any ideas?”

It took a little while, about 20 seconds, but then the unit started washing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you are using a 20 amp outlet as this machine uses 15 amps. A common household outlet is 15 amps which can only passthrough 12 amps safely due to the 80/20 rule. You need a 20 amp outlet (usually found in kitchen and bathrooms) which can pass through 16 amps safely.
