“What happens if I have a griffin survivor case, it is dropped, and the iPad screen breaks? I bought a griffin survivor when I got an iPad. I accidentally dropped it about 3 1/2 feet and my screen spiderwebbed in the bottom left corner. I bought this case because I believed in the product features were it said: "Polycarbonate frame Protects your iPad from damage if dropped and resists shattering." I would like to know if I can get my screened replaced because I depended on you product.”

We're so sorry to hear about your iPad! We make Survivor as protective as possible, but even it can't protect against every incident, and lots of different factors ranging from the speed of the fall, the angle of the landing, whether it hit anything on the way down, and even previous shocks that didn't cause visible damage, can determine whether your device comes out unscathed.
