Start at camera end. Lift plastic tab. Face plate will pop up. Work around edges to remove face. Start at camera corner to remove iPad from case body. Push down on case corner until retainers release. Work around edges to complete.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Start at one of the corners, then move to the one next to it and work your way around. I felt like I was going to break mine when I took mine out. Geek squad at best buy would help you I'm sure. Good luck

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you got one from a bad batch like I did, you can't remove your iPad from this case. Your iPad is permanently stuck in this case. Your two options are to break off the case using pliers or by bending your iPad and breaking the screen.
