How does the foot rest work? Like a recliner? null

In a way, I suppose the foot rest 'could' be used like a recliner, depending on how tall or how long a person's legs are. One would have to use the 'lean back' feature to comfortably use the foot rest, imho.

Yes like a recliner. You manually bring the foot rest out, lean back, lock chair in place and relax

No you just pull it out and rest your legs.

Yes but had to apply WD40 on foot rest gliders so it would retract easily
