A:AnswerI buy all my security products from Best Buy. The reason is I can take it back to them with no hassles especially if you use Best Buy credit card. I always purchase the extended warranty for those reasons that you’re having problems with. I do realize this might not help your situation but for for future reference. Good luck feel your pain
A:AnswerYou have to download the Guardzilla app on your phone first and next if you want on your tablet. That is a pain because you have to be in the same room with the phone and app. Then you enter your details on the app. You can see history in 8 second clips if there is an event which means a movement. If you think the movement is significant you can save it. Be informed that the app keeps quitting after you view each event and since it records every movement the camera is best plugged in. Otherwise it will use up tons of batteries. If you are within the 15 day return period send it back. The customer service is via chat only and extremely frustrating. My camera records every passing car and there is an event every 4-5 seconds. I have done what they said and installed it at a 20 degree angle but it does not matter.
