QuestionWas recently broken in. do have a large deaf dog & 3 very active cats. can it be adjusted so the pets don't set it off?

- Answer It has various sensitivity settings, however I don't have Pets for property judgement. Mine would occasionally go off when shadow streaked across wall. Sensitivity settings stopped this, however, False alarms can be minimizedfor pets. Neat thing about alarm is you can set it to silent and system will sent you an image of room when Alarm was activated by motion. Or you can just look & listen into room remotely to see what is going on before call to Police or neighbor.

- Answer I feel the same way i try to contact them no response for 2 days. After they confirmed that you already activated the camera they will send you the confirmation tracking # (usps) that they already send your free camera. and Don’t worry as long as you provide the correct information name,address, phone # and email they will send it to you asap the free security camera... i already got my free camera :)

- Answer If you want to pay for the Cloud service at like $10 a month you can get that. If it works! Very difficult to use.

- Answer You can place it anywhere in your home as long you remain on your "own" wireless network. Just ensure you have a solid connection. I've been able to review from work via wifi network or anywhere.
