I feel the same way i try to contact them no response for 2 days. After they confirmed that you already activated the camera they will send you the confirmation tracking # (usps) that they already send your free camera. and Don’t worry as long as you provide the correct information name,address, phone # and email they will send it to you asap the free security camera... i already got my free camera :)

I bought a camera and tried MANY times to either get help or exchange it because it will not register in order to use it, and my pleas (MANY EMAILS and PHONE CALLS) go unaswered for almost 2 months.
