A:Answer In my experience I've had to be connected to wifi so that I can view the live feed. If I try connecting with just my cellphone data the camera will show as offline, however, it will still send movement notifications. I've thought that maybe it's just that my cellular data isn't enough for me to be able to connect to the camera, but I've read other people have the same issue.
