QuestionI saw a comment that there is a card in the box to send eyeglass prescription to gunnar for them to create prescription lenses. Is the cost of prescption lenses included, or what is the cost?

- Answer The box says 35 for the BLPF, as for prescription lenses, there is a card in the box that has the information needed to send them your prescription info and they'll send you the lenses
