“I bought a "Vertex" and the packaging says the same thing, but the frame has "Cruz" written on the arm. Is that intentional or did I buy a fake from Best Buy?”

Quick search in Best buy shows a "cruz" model so it can be you were sent a different model that request, you can always take your item in to best buy and confirm with them to see if that is the exact model you were supposed to be sent
