Would a box spring work on this bed frame? null

A box spring would make this bed extremely tall. 12" for the frame, 5-9 inches for a box spring then the mattress. If you have a 2" foundation it would fine otherwise prepare for EXTREMELY tall bed. Hope you like the Olympic high jump!
