“how do I download HRBlock Deluxe+state. Instructions I found say log onto Best Buy account go to digital library under orders and click download. I cannot find this.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The download instructions provided when you buy the software will provide you with the URL/web address to go to in order to download the program. The instructions will also provide you with some type of code that verifies you actually purchased the software and allows you to download it. The one that came with mine (and I assume that comes with all purchases) had nothing to do with Best Buy's web site as far as downloading the software is concerned.
