“I purchased a 2021 hrblock deluxe tax package at Best Buy. Followed the instructions to locate the "Activate.HRblock.com/CRD" website but it does not exist. Frequent calls to the representatives were useless as they hung up on me. This is terrible”

• I made an appointment with the Best Buy Geek squad due to the same issue. He got the web site up in a few minutes by capitalizing the last 3 letters of the web site. He typed activate.hrblock.com/CRM
