“Ad says "Small business owners." Does software include filing corporate Form 1120 or is it only for sole proprietors and partnerships filing a 1040? Is it approved by the State of NJ for corporate filings?”

Can be used for Form 1120 and 1065 as well as 1040. Can be used for state filings, just follow the interview.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the program does S-Corp forms!! Only software that does. Not sure about NJ question but it does have state forms in the program. I live in Texas so that doesn't apply. I use for W-2/4 and 1099-Misc generation and January and then the 1120S (with K-1 generation) in Marxh. Also includes separate program for personal taxes as well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The program will allow for completion of a Form 1120 within the business part of the program. You can do either a Form 1120-S or C. If the tax return is available as part of the state download you will be able to complete and file. I use a different state and found it easier to just do it directly in the state website for any returns including payroll, etc.
