I have used this program for several years. Yes, you can efile multiple state. The program will ask you for which state(s) are you filing.

I think most editions, if not all, include free Federal e-filing for up to 5 returns (but double check). Each edition will say whether it includes a free state edition or not, and whether that includes e-filing. I don't think any of them include multiple state e-filing. Again, though, the online description for each should say.

I believe you get 5 federal efiles for free. You pay $20 for each state efile. I believe the efiles are unlimited as long as you are willing to pay!

You can efile both but only Federal is free (up to 5 free efiles), state cost $19.95. As per their package you can prepare unlimited number of tax returns but can efile up to 5 federal for free.
