• No. Turning the dial selects "auto-cook" presets. In order to set a cook time you have to press a button like Express Cook and *then* turn the knob. Very unintuitive interface.

• Thank you for your question. You can't set the time using the dial only. You will need to press a button first. To set the time, press the top button once, then turn the dial to the right. When you do, you’ll be able to set the time in increments of 10 seconds
