Hi there - we checked the specifications for both the models you listed, and we can confirm that the biggest difference is the option for an icemaker and availability. The #QJS15HYRFS comes with the option to add an icemaker (part #IM4D), while the #HRF15N3AGS doesn't offer an icemaker. The latter is also no longer being manufactured, which could make it harder to find in stores, so we recommend checking with your retailer for availability.
