• The front is not flat , it is slightly rounded it protrudes about 3/4 ".

• No the doors are not curved out on this model. Hope the picture helps, It sits pretty flush with my cabinets. I did pull it out just a little so when I open the refrigerator doors they wouldn't touch cabinets.
