• Yes, the freezer drawers can be removed by extending the drawer fully, then lifting up on the drawer, and pulling out to remove. For full details, see page 12 of the User Manual in the Features tab on the Best Buy product page.

• Yes, you can remove the freezer drawers. Just pull the drawers till they stop. Pull up on the front or sides of the drawer and they come out.
