Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about the issues you're having here, we're sure this would be frustrating to deal with. If you're seeing interior moisture in the fresh food section, we'd recommend checking your unit's door gaskets to make sure they aren't damaged and are sealing properly. An article titled TOP FREEZER REFRIGERATOR - ADJUSTING OR REPLACING THE DOOR GASKETS on our GE Appliances website may be able to help you check the gaskets.
