Hi KaramelaHaus, we are very sorry to hear the food in your refrigerator is freezing. We know how worrisome this must be so we're happy to help. If you've already tried setting a higher temperature, verify that nothing is blocking the vents where the cold air is coming out, or being sucked in. Check that nothing is blocking air circulation and remove any item that is close to the air vents. If the problem persists, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). We hope this helps and want you to know we're wishing you the best. - Guy@Haier
