Yes, you can import pictures from an external source. It even recognizes whatever fonts you have loaded to your machine, if you have specific ones you downloaded yourself 2020 is the latest version. I don’t really know the difference but in my mind it should just be the preloaded cards. It’s definitely easy to use and once you set up double sided printing, it will give you a picture on screen to show you how to load the paper back into the printer so it can be folded and be correct on both sides.
