“Will this new version (2022) of Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe work in Windows 11. I have 2015 version of hallmark card studio deluxe and it downloads okay in windows 11, but when you go to PREVIEW the card it will not download the image of the card.”

NO. This software will NOT work with Windows 11 due to its requirement for an older .net package.
