“Does the physical disc have the full single player campaign on it, and can I play the single player campaign without an internet connection? I don't see this info disclosed on the back of the case. I'm not sure if a physical copy is worth buying. Help.”

Wrong. The disc does not contain the full single player campaign. Disc has around 15GB of data and then you have to go online to download another 30-35GB of data in order to play the campaign. Such a disappointment.
