Mine initially would not be recognized by my system. Or the download would be cancelled. I had to pause the download before the message then resume it for it to actually complete the download. Only every time i load the game it brings me to multiplayer menu. I have to highlight the campaign option to be directed to single player.

It'll launch the Halo Infinite App and prompt for a ~4 GB download. Install update. Launch again and go to Campaign (with disc inserted this whole time of course). Then you'll be prompted to download ~29 GB of campaign files.
