• Thanks for checking! Once the digital code has been redeemed with your Microsoft account, Halo Infinite may be installed on both your Xbox One and Windows PC. Please note that you must be logged into your devices using your Microsoft account and the game may not be played simultaneously on both your devices using the same account.

• Definitely can install on console and PC with digital subscription. Haven't tried playing both at the same time, though. I suspect that might be a problem.
