Don’t put in wings if they have ice on them, don’t fill oil past max level line. I don’t have any issues at all and I fill mine up with fresh cut sweet potato fries every week.

We would recommend reducing the amount oil. If the oil is filled to the recommend level and the overflow occurs, please reduce the amount of food in the basket.
